Video Recording
Your video may be recorded for quality and training purposes. These videos are internal and are not shared with external parties, though warranties may request it for their customers on a case by case basis.
Non Warranty Liability
For non-warranty customers, by starting your video chat and clicking on the link, you accept responsibility and liability for actions taken based on suggestions from your virtual technician.
Warranty Liability
Warranty customers may be guided to put the machine in a technician-lead diagnostic mode or make adjustments, but typically will not be repairing their own machine.
Not interested in video?
If you refuse to participate in the video chat process, your technician will note your reason on the virtual assessment (such as smart phone not capable of video chat, video not supposed by device, etc.).
