Book the Virtual Diagnosis for your customer!  (Limit 3 appts per day per company).

You will book the virtual diagnosis for your customer. The Neli system will do the following once the appointment is booked:

1. Send an email notification to your customer of the appointment time for their Virtual diagnosis video call.
2. Send the customer a text message(s) reminding them of their upcoming video call.
3. At the appointment time the customer will get a phone call from the Neli tech.
4. During the call the Neli tech will text a link to the customer to start the video call part of the appointment.

How you get the diagnosis:
The Neli tech will email you the diagnosis to include the cause of failure and the parts needed.

NOTE: Your company is limited to 3 booked appointments per day. Thanks!
